MATCHA GREEN TEA LATTE (HOT OR ICED)

Matcha powder is the one of the most healthy green teas out there because you drink a powdered form of the actual tea leaf, unlike regular green tea which is simply an infusion of the leaves. Sukiyaki is a hot pot style meal cooked with thinly sliced cuts of meat and vegetables in a sweet soy flavoured sauce. Just as tasty served as a vegetarian dish without meat, Sukiyaki is a versatile meal that is ideal for those cold winter nights. Similar to Shabu-Shabu, it’s a socialale dish that can be cooked in the centre of the dinner table.

YAKISOBA

Yakisoba is a fried noodle dish that originated in China and is similar to Chow Mein. Even though soba is part of the word yakisoba, it is not made using soba (buckwheat) noodles, but instead made with wheat or egg noodles. It is a hugely popular dish at Japanese festivals and events, but can also be one of the easiest ways to enjoy Japanese food at home.
