Japan Centre in conjunction with Third Windows Films are running a competition giving you the chance to win a set of 2 fantastic DVDs.
Up for grabs we have ‘The Foreign Duck, The Native Duck & God in a Coin Locker’, directed by Yoshihiro Nakamura (Fish Story) and available on DVD from January 14th, as well as ‘The Woodsman & the Rain’ directed by Shuichi Okita, the winner of the Special Jury Prize at the Tokyo Film Festival and available on DVD from January 28th.
Both are really excellent Japanese films with great casts and high international acclaim. We have three copies of both films to give away to three competition winners. Check the details below to learn a bit more about the movies and how to enter.

To mark the release of ‘Himizu’ [ヒミズ], the 68th Venice Film Festival Marcello Mastroianni Award-winning Japanese film in UK cinemas, Japan Centre is running a competition in conjunction with Third Windows Films for you to be in with a chance of winning two DVDs from Himizu master-director Sion Sono. We’ve got 2 sets of his 4-hour epic Love Exposure and chilling thriller Cold Fish up for grabs, for more information on how to enter please see below.
