YAKISOBA

Yakisoba is a fried noodle dish that originated in China and is similar to Chow Mein. Even though soba is part of the word yakisoba, it is not made using soba (buckwheat) noodles, but instead made with wheat or egg noodles. It is a hugely popular dish at Japanese festivals and events, but can also be one of the easiest ways to enjoy Japanese food at home.

You can buy many of the ingredients at Japan Centre, just click on the link and add it to your basket. Feel free to leave any comments or tips at the bottom!
