Join us as we celebrate some of the finest Japanese food products with our 2017 Kyoto Fair. From 2 – 22 October 2017, you’ll be able to sample different delicacies thanks to our frequent samplings at our Panton Street flagship store, keep an eye on our social media for dates and times. You’ll also have the chance to purchase limited edition items in-store and online for up to 30% off the original price as well as attending workshops on Kyoto specialities by experts from the city. Over 70 artisan products have been imported from Japan for this year’s fair.

This year, the range of products available in the fair has expanded to include staples like tea, sake and a variety of pickled products like gobo (burdock root) and radish. Bring the spirit of Kyoto into your home with our stunning range of figurines from Kyoto. Available in-store and online.

Upcoming workshops

To help you become more familiar and all the wonderful things Kyoto offers, we’ll be holding a series of workshops where you will get the chance to learn more about Kyoto specialities first hand. Choose from our cocktail making workshop, Koma handcrafting workshop, wagashi confectionery workshop or obanzai cooking workshop. As they take place on different days, you can attend all of them if you’d like to – just make sure to purchase your tickets as soon as possible as they tend to sell out quickly.  

Kyoto Sake Cocktail Workshop

Special demonstration

Join us for a special in-store Kyoto Koma demonstrations by Mr Yoshiyuki Nakamura at Japan Centre Panton Street. The demonstrations will be on Thursday 5 October from 12pm – 2:30pm and Friday – Sunday 8 October from 12pm – 2:30pm and 5pm – 8pm.
