It seems Londoners can’t get enough of SHORYU RAMEN, so much so that we’re opening our second site SHORYU SOHO this year! We know you can’t wait that long though, so in the meantime while we hammer and nail things in readiness, we’re opening a temporary SHORYU POP-UP restaurant next door to the new site on Thursday 11th April with 50% OFF ramen for the first 3 days! (Moved from original opening date Monday 8th April).

WE LOVE POP-UPS

Open for just over 1 month only SHORYU POP-UP will serve Shoryu favourites as well as dishes unique to the pop-up, if you like your ramen informal, intimate and in the thick of it head to our second location is London’s Soho. Our second ramen bar SHORYU SOHO will open fully at the same site later this summer!

ABOUT US

A hugely successful tonkotsu ramen bar in central London, SHORYU RAMEN specialises in Hakata tonkotsu ramen from Kyushu. Made with a thick, rich pork soup, tonkotsu ramen originates from the Hakata district of Fukuoka city in Kyushu, southern Japan. Our recipe has been specially created by our chef, born and raised in Hakata, to provide the most authentic tasting tonkotsu outside Japan.
