		<description><![CDATA[Thank you - I enjoy this section of the blog - the recipes are very good. I wonder if anyone can help me with a recipe? When I was in Hong Kong I went to Stanley market and ate the most fantastic aubergine there. It was sliced and deep fried I think with maybe a meat/fish paste on it and then covered in chilli flakes. Does anyone know the name of this dish or the recipe? Thanks]]></description>
